Nearly 4,000 square metres of Keystone for Australand

The project

Australand developed a storage facility serving both Cassons and Kmart. UCBC built the Keystone retaining walls for both sections: 1,800 square metres for Cassons, completed in February 2011, and more than 2,000 square metres for the Kmart section that followed.

Two tenants, one wall programme

A facility serving two tenants is delivered in sections, and the retaining walls were programmed the same way, so the first tenant's area could be handed over while the second was still being built.
