4,800 square metres at Erskine Park for CSR

The project

Erskine Park is one of western Sydney's major industrial estates. For CSR Holdings, with TRN Group, UCBC built 4,800 square metres of retaining wall across the facility, completing in 2012. It is the largest single wall area on our project list.

Industrial scale

A wall of this size is an earthworks programme in its own right: base preparation, drainage, staged placement and backfill sequenced with the bulk cut and fill. Our own plant and operators placed the wall, which is what made the programme hold.

Erskine Park twice over

We have built at Erskine Park more than once; a 1,850 square metre Humes crib block wall for a logistics client stands in the same estate. The ground and the access are familiar to our crews.
