3,000 square metres at Warriewood for FDC

The project

FDC Construction & Fitout is a builder in its own right, and for its Warriewood project UCBC delivered 3,000 square metres of retaining wall, completing in 2012.

Building for a builder

When the client is a construction company, the standard is set by people who build for a living. Programme, set-out and certification were all handled to FDC's own quality system.

Northern beaches ground

Warriewood sits on the sandstone and clay of the northern beaches, where drainage behind a wall is not optional. Base drainage and backfill were designed for the site's water.
