Retaining walls across western Sydney
Western Sydney is where most of our largest walls stand: 4,800 square metres for CSR and 1,850 square metres for a logistics operator at Erskine Park, 2,500 square metres at Ingram Micro's Eastern Creek distribution centre, and 2,200 square metres of estate walls at Stockland's Glenmore Ridge.
The ground and the work
The estates west of Parramatta sit on the Cumberland Plain, where shale-derived clays are reactive and the big logistics pads are cut and filled to level. That favours movement-tolerant systems on the batters, mass gravity walls on hardstands, and careful drainage behind anything rigid.
Places we cover
Eastern Creek, Erskine Park, Glenmore Park, Penrith, Blacktown and the industrial estates along the M4 and M7. If your site is nearby and not named, it is almost certainly covered.
